The Built World Reimagined — Where Insight Drives Innovation
September 16–18, 2025

This year, Alpaca Technology had the privilege of joining the global proptech community at Blueprint 2025 in Las Vegas. The energy of the event was undeniable — a place where ideas, partnerships, and bold visions for the built world converged. From the first keynote to the last hallway conversation, Blueprint reminded us why these gatherings matter: they accelerate not just technology, but trust and collaboration across an industry in transformation.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to REACH and REACH LATAM for opening doors, building bridges, and curating a network where innovation doesn’t just get discussed but is actively scaled. Their commitment to fostering meaningful connections across North and Latin America makes our journey as founders both possible and purposeful, and we are deeply grateful to be a part of that ecosystem.

Throughout the event, one theme echoed across conversations: the importance of good insight. Data alone is not enough; what owners, operators, and tenants truly need is clarity that drives action. We saw this come to life in many discussions, but none more clearly than in the panel, “The New World of Office: Tenant Engagement, Flex Models, and New Ideas.” Leaders from VTS, REKalibrate, and Hobbs Brook Real Estate explored how office space is being redefined in real time. From Faron Brazis’ perspective on how Hobbs Brook is rethinking tenant engagement, to Brandon Medeiros’ vision for REKalibrate’s flexible leasing models, and Adam Segal’s experience at Cove building human-centered tools, the conversation underscored a profound shift: offices are no longer just square footage — they are experiences. Bob Gillespie of REACH Commercial added valuable perspective on how investors are leaning into this evolution. For Alpaca, it was a reminder that asset intelligence is not abstract; it directly affects the lives, expectations, and satisfaction of tenants.
AI was also a recurring headline throughout Blueprint. But what stood out was that the dialogue has matured. The best voices on stage didn’t frame AI as a buzzword, but as a real source of client value when applied thoughtfully — from predicting asset performance to optimizing maintenance cycles to creating seamless tenant experiences. For us at Alpaca, this reaffirmed our core mission: AI should amplify expertise, not replace it, and the companies that succeed will be those that transform data into actionable intelligence.
As we left Las Vegas, what stayed with us was not just the panels or the demos but the connections. Conversations with peers from FYMA, ARX, COVE, NARTech, Trimble, Tishmam Spyer, JLLTech and many others showed us how diverse the proptech ecosystem is becoming — and how aligned we are in building a future that is more responsive, efficient, and people-centered.
To everyone we met, learned from, and shared ideas with: thank you. To REACH and REACH LATAM: we are grateful for your vision and for including us in this global dialogue. Blueprint 2025 wasn’t the conclusion of anything; it was the beginning of something much larger. For Alpaca Technology, the future is clear: insight, not noise, is what creates value — and this is only the start.
